As a Marketing Strategy Associate, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that deliver results. From managing budgets to optimizing campaign performance, you’ll work with a dynamic team to exceed client expectations through thoughtful and data-driven strategies.
Your Impact
- Strategic Campaign Management: Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns across SEO, SEM, SMM, and other digital platforms to exceed client goals.
- Insightful Analysis: Use data-driven insights to enhance user experiences, improve client results, and refine creative assets such as websites and landing pages.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Partner with account managers, project managers, and the creative team to ensure alignment on standards, timelines, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee paid media budgets, optimizing spend on top-performing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with SEM, SMM, and SEO trends and guidelines.
- Develop campaign forecasts and ROI projections to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate on media buys and traditional ad placements alongside digital initiatives.
- Create and manage digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.
- Implement alternative media strategies to boost visibility and traffic.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO software to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
- Assist the content team with blog research, email marketing, and social media post management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, SEM, SMM, and display advertising
- Proficient in Google Ads, SEO best practices, and reporting tools
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across internal and external teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Hootsuite is a plus
