Your Impact

  • Build & Design: Develop complete websites from concept to launch, creating layouts based on specifications, sitemaps, and collaborative input from clients and internal teams.
  • Design-Centric Focus: Prioritize design to create functional, visually compelling sites, implementing CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery within the CMS or similar platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Bring a keen eye for detail and a strong creative vision to produce high-quality designs that resonate with clients’ branding needs.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our content, creative, strategy, and client success teams, contributing to cohesive and engaging digital experiences.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in web or graphic design, plus 3-5 years of experience in web or graphic design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress development, with experience in HubSpot themes/modules a plus.
  • Design & UX: Proficient in UI design with a solid understanding of UX best practices and a passion for creative, proactive design approaches.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop WordPress and HubSpot themes, translating .PSD designs into functioning templates.
  • Install and configure plugins, manage website hosting, and maintain WordPress updates.
  • Mock-up and prototype high-quality UX designs, creating on-brand, visually compelling graphics and assets.
  • Handle website/database migrations, leveraging tools like WHM, cPanel, and Plesk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery while adapting to a fast-paced environment.
